This is the form that must be completed and submitted by the Attending Oracle for them and their Assisting Oracle to receive the financial demonstration of appreciation (a.k.a. The Money) from OM. Remember, as the Attending Oracle, you are responsible for the Assisting Oracle getting their money in a timely manner, so "BE" responsible.
Invoices are to be submitted on Friday of the week in which you performed your service. If you are facilitating a weekend program, submit the invoice on the following Monday.
Be sure to list your OM Position and the OM Position of the Assisting Oracle if you wish to get paid on time. Failure to complete the form properly and on time will result in a $20 processing fee, which will be deducted from your check, so "BE" responsible.
(Note: The roll of Attending Oracle can be filled by an Associate Oracle or an Oracle.)
The levels of appreciation for each of the OM Positions are as follows:
- An Oracle In Training (OIT) receives $55 per class when they fill the roll of Assisting Oracle for the Attending Oracle.
- An Associate Oracle (the second level of Oracle In Training) receives $84 per class when they fill the roll of Assisting Oracle for the Attending Oracle, or fill the role of Attending Oracle.
- An Oracle receives $84 per class when they fill the roll of Assisting Oracle for a senior Attending Oracle and $111 when they fill the role of Attending Oracle.
- An Oracle I (completed the first level of Toastmaster International) receives $84 per class when they fill the roll of Assisting Oracle for a senior Attending Oracle and $139 per class when they fill the role of Attending Oracle.
Fill in your personal information and your OM Position, as the Attending Oracle. For each class, fill in the name of the Assisting Oracle who worked with you and their OM Position, the location, time, date, last slide # and the Mentors in attendance.
There is a notes field at the bottom where you can place any special instructions, questions or comments.
When you have completed the form, click on Submit.
