OM Mentor & Facilitator Opportunities
The fulfillment that comes from being an Out of the Matrix Mentor, and particularly an OM Oracle, is indescribable. Witnessing people being relieved of their pain and discomfort while regaining their power as a result of your coaching and participation is an experience that truly cannot be described. This is what being an Out of the Matrix Mentor and/or Oracle is about. Although an Oracle can earn an above average income, not one of the Oracles has this as their primary motivation for being an Oracle. It's about being of service at a very high level and the personal rewards that brings.
The training required to become a Mentor and/or Oracle (Facilitator) is an experience in healing. The primary focus is on supporting the "Oracles in Training" in clearing the beliefs they hold that keep them from being fully in their POWER. This is done through a very intense experience produced by the application of the principles that are taught in the Out of the Matrix program to their most deeply rooted core beliefs. An experience that is not for the faint of heart, but is truly liberating beyond imagination.

Basic RequirementThe first requirement to becoming a Mentor or Oracle for Out of the Matrix is to take the weekend as a participant. Having the experience of the OM material at that level is foundational in the process of becoming a Mentor or Oracle. This is where the training must begin. Then fill out the application form to indicate your interest.
If you are interested in training to become a Mentor and/or Oracle for our Out of the Matrix process, we will be conducting various required trainings, and will be continually repeating these trainings so you will be able to take them as your schedule allows. These trainings are required; when you take them is optional. Registration for trainings is taken via email to [email protected] up to one week prior to the event, after which registration will be closed. |

Auditing Out of the MatrixAll those who want to be involved in the Out of the Matrix process, at any level, will be required to first take the weekend themselves, as a paid participant, and then audit the complete Out of the Matrix process in any other format they wish to Facilitate. The Out of the Matrix process will be given in 4 different formats: weekend, weekday, evenings and a 9-week school curriculum. You must audit each format you wish to Facilitate.
If you wish to audit any weekend, you must register two weeks in advance by emailing [email protected] with your name, phone(s), address and email if different from the one you use to register. If you wish to audit the 9-week school curriculum, you must register in advance with Rev. Tony Senf ([email protected]) for other schools. You must attend all 9 weeks to complete your auditing requirement for this format. |
