Welcome to one of the first steps in your Out of the Matrix training as a Mentor and/or Oracle. It is necessary for us to have some basic information about you and provide you with some basic information as well.
All of the information and forms you need to complete to begin your OM training as aMentor and/or Oracle is available below. You must complete and submit the Oracle/Mentor Application, Confidentiality Non-disclosure and Video Release forms. You will also find some preliminary information regarding Mentoring and the Minimum Requirements which you must read and acknowledge having done so by signing and submitting along with the other forms.
