An Out of the Matrix training is practical, experiential and entertaining. The practicality comes through when you go back home. You will notice how each section of the training was brilliantly designed to help you see the world/Matrix, yourself and yourself in the world/Matrix differently. It is hard to imagine what an impact this type of shift can have on your life.
All the sections are also designed to build on one another. You may understand what the the Matrix after the first few sections. But, you must understand how you have gotten yourself stuck in the Matrix if you are to have any chance of getting Out of the Matrix! We help you with all of this and much more.
The only way to truly learn a new concept is to have an experience with that concept. You can take in all of the information about a bicycle and how to stay balanced as you ride but you you won't "learn" how to ride a bicycle until you get on a bicycle and go through the experiential learning process. Therefore each section of an Out of the Matrix training has experiential exercises ingrained in them. Thanks to this experiential philosophy you will leave each section with an “Ah Ha” moment. However, the true learning comes after the weekend is over, when you go back out into the Matrix and apply the principles you became familiar with in the weekend.
What is more entertaining than the movies! We have perused the movie and TV world for scenes that are relevant to what we are teaching. You will find movie clips in each section of our presentations. Some are funny others are poignant and emotional but all are designed to make you think. Most graduates identify the movie clips as the part of the presentation that helped them firmly anchor the ideas in their mind.
